Caring Transitions of Milford is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with a passion for the senior community and a talent for sales. This role is not just about numbers; it's about building meaningful relationships and supporting our mission to ease the challenges faced by seniors as they transition in this next phase of their lives.

We Need You if You Have:

+ At least 6 months of proven sales experience (including cold calls), preferably in the senior space.

+ Strong communication and public speaking skills. Comfortable with phone, Zoom, and in-person interactions.

+ Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

+ A drive to connect, build, and nurture relationships.

+ A compassionate approach and a dedication to making a difference in the lives of seniors, their families, and the community.

+ Must be able to provide own transportation to sales calls.

What will the Role Entail:

+ Cold calling Referral partners and setting up Consultations.

+ Working with the lead BDR on creating a strategy for tracking and closing opportunities.

+ Identify and develop new business opportunities.

+ Willingness to attend networking events confidently promote our services.
