Our mission is to enable the next doubling in human prosperity by delegating as much work as possible to the AI Workforce, a team of AI agents working together in a Multi-agent system. We are a team of 30+, growing fast and based in Sydney and San Francisco, California, we have raised $15M+ to date from leading VCs like Insight Partners and Peak XV. The job We're looking for a mid-senior level Customer Success Manager based in SF who cares deeply about AI and is passionate about working with customers to ensure they achieve maximum value from our AI Agents. This is a rare opportunity to be part of the founding member of our customer success team as we scale up our operations to keep up with customer demand in NA. What Will You Do? Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Understand customers' business objectives and help them leverage our AI Workforce solutions to achieve these goals. Onboard new customers, ensuring they have a smooth transition and are fully trained on our platform. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met and to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Proactively monitor customer health and engage with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction. Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations to customers, showcasing the value and impact of our solutions. Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement. What You Will Need? 3-5+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business. Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise customer accounts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customer needs and solutions. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering. A proactive, customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. What Do We Love to See?
