Assistant Billing Manager

Location: Wethersfield, CT


Position Overview:

Our client has a need for the Assistant Billing Manager due to the current workload. This is going to be a temp-to-hire opportunity, starting as early as next week

Responsibilities of the Assistant Billing Manager:

• Managing the billing process including sign offs (will not be managing people)
• Step in/assist in processing the invoices
• Review work the other billers are submitting

Qualifications of the Assistant Billing Manager:

• US Citizenship required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, not afraid to get on the phone and handle escalations
• The ideal Assistant Billing Manager would have start to finish Billing/AR and collections experience
• Strong Excel skills (must be able to create formulas, pivot tables, vlookups)
