As a crucial member of our sales team, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry, located in Corinth, MS.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate and schedule test drives for potential customers
- Follow up with leads and maintain a customer database
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
- Attend training sessions and meetings to expand knowledge on products and sales techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the auto industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
