Responsibilities :

Prepare and Review Individual and Business returns (S-Corporations, Partnerships, C-Corporations, Estate)

Flexible enough to handle complex

client engagements as well as routine tax and accounting work, both of

which require hands-on problem-solving abilities and experience

Excellent analytical, organizational

and project management skills

Provide small business consulting,

advisory services, accounting, and strategic tax planning services for our

business clients

Research tax issues, review legislative developments,

and assist in the analysis

Contribute to client processes and technology

improvements aimed at streamlining compliance and reporting.

Interact directly with clients to provide innovative

tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise. Adheres to W&C defined processes and procedures including the firm's policy on privacy and client confidentiality. Knows and follows the rules, regulations, and the Code of Professional Conduct of the AICPA, the Tennessee Society of CPAs, the Tennessee Board of Public Accountancy, and other regulating bodies as appropriate.

Qualifications :

2+ years Tax Experience

CPA license or candidate Willingness to work on-site in the Alcoa office
