Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOverview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to the owner of our company. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, efficient, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, while maintaining confidentiality and exercising good judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the owner’s schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the owner, screening and prioritizing communications.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the owner.
  • Coordinate and manage personal tasks and projects, such as family appointments, events, and household matters.
  • Conduct research and compile data to prepare documents and briefs for the owner’s meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate the needs of the owner and proactively address issues before they arise.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and business contacts.
  • Assist with personal and professional errands as needed.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives or business owners.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with basic office management software (e.g., email scheduling tools, spreadsheets).
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • Availability to occasionally work outside of regular business hours based on the owner’s schedule.
Pay:
Pay is commensurate with experience.
