**Description** **Duties & Responsibilities:** + Process sales/service orders from order entry to invoicing within WIP guidelines. + Manage sales/service orders in company business system and work order management tools. + Ensure all jobs are on schedule for committed delivery dates, and all parts are ready on time throughout the job. Communicate and adjust schedules as necessary. + Communicate with shop supervisors, team leads, and other departments effectively to ensure efficient operations and job completion. + Work with and schedule outside vendors as needed. + Work with customers and Sales Coordinator to provide quotes on new builds. + Follow up with customers and internal associates to update and inform throughout each job. + Proofread and ensure completion of sales/service orders. Communicate with technicians if more information or clarification is needed. + Ensure labor hours and parts on orders are accurate and fair to both the customer and to Heritage. + Bring customer disputes or finance issues to supervisor promptly if unable to resolve on their own. **Required Qualifications:** + Must have an excellent safety record. Commitment to utilizing company safety programs, keeping safety first and adopting the Campbell Companies safety culture of zero accidents. + Ownership. Takes initiative and follows through. + Customer experience.
