Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Account Manager and key communications strategist for Advertising, Brand, and Creative Communications.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate communications plans to achieve business goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with key clients, developing and implementing project plans, including schedules and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business, goals, customers, and issues.
  • Collaborate with Creative Services teams to ensure high-quality, on-strategy marketing, advertising, and creative development.
  • Work with clients and the External Digital Communications Channels team to enhance online marketing channels.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising, branding, and marketing communications.
  • Experience in producing integrated campaigns (print, video, digital media, social media, radio).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Experience with work management systems (e.g., Workamajig).
  • Ability to resolve communications issues and build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to strategically plan communications tied to measurable business results.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience handling conflict and contentious issues.
  • Knowledge or experience with Kanban principles.
