Are you ready to join our dynamic team? We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful presentations, communications, graphics, and various types of content that effectively convey key messages and align with the company's brand guidelines and objectives. Your work will be essential in enhancing our brand's visual presence and supporting our marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop, edit, and manage content for websites, blog posts, social media, emails, newsletters, and brochures that effectively communicate key messages and data. Design Tools: Leverage tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva to enhance client-facing content, including retouching photos, creating vector designs, and incorporating graphics. Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice. Visual Enhancement: Improve the visual aspects of presentations and images, maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels with optimized fonts, colors, images, and layouts. Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts to translate their needs into compelling, visually stunning decks and other collateral consistent with branding and design standards. Email Marketing: Assist with creating, editing, and managing email campaigns, including list management and segmentation. Social Media Management: Assist with developing and executing social media strategies, monitoring engagement, and interacting with the audience on various platforms. Database Management: Assist with maintaining and updating marketing databases and contact lists. Event Coordination: Assist with coordinating logistics and managing event promotions. Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in documentation services, presentation development/content creation, digital marketing, or graphic design. Proficiency in graphic design, including creating images, logos, and original content. Familiarity with quality control processes is a plus. Exceptional communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail. Advanced computer skills, particularly advanced PowerPoint (creating, formatting, and editing), and solid experience with Word and Excel. Experience with email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar. Creative with the ability to produce compelling content. Expertise with presentation & digital marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva. Knowledge of video editing tools like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or iMovie is a plus. A can-do attitude, exhibiting a high level of professionalism and personal accountability. Proven ability to multitask effectively and address design and presentation issues independently. Required Skills and Abilities: Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Strong content creation and visual design skills. Innovative thinking with the ability to generate creative marketing ideas. Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with marketing software and tools. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and priorities. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong team collaboration skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday through Friday Work Location: This is a full-time position based in Hollywood, FL area, or the Tampa Bay, FL area.
