As a key member of the project execution team, you will be responsible for ensuring project document control standards are met and upheld. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and organization of all project-related documentation. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing both digital and physical documents, reviewing for accuracy, and maintaining meticulous filing systems. You will work closely with construction management and engineering personnel, assisting them in the preparation, revision, routing, and distribution of quality documentation and procedures. The ideal candidate is passionate about maintaining order in complex document systems and has a keen eye for detail. Duties and Responsibilities: - Review documentation for errors and incomplete information. - File documentation both in hard copy and electronically. - File, audit, track, and maintain incoming and outgoing document tracking system of confidential and non-confidential construction documents. - Adhere to established procedures and standards for security and document organization. - Maintain digital and paper-based documentation systems. - Assist construction management and engineering personnel in document-related tasks. - Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive project information. - Implement and maintain document control best practices across projects. Required Experience/Skills: - Strong inter-department coordination and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Word, and knowledge of PDF markup tools. - Strong working knowledge of Excel and database management. - Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within document control or construction document control field. - Understanding of information security guidelines and documentation security practices. - Strong eye for detail and ability to work through issues without supervision. - Experience in construction document management (please specify the number of years required).
