Position Overview

Role Summary:

The House Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting various clinical departments. This position collaborates closely with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nursing staff, to develop and sustain clinical initiatives that improve patient care quality and enhance satisfaction for both patients and providers. The House Supervisor acts as the primary administrative authority on-site during times when higher management is unavailable.

Essential Qualifications:

Candidates should possess an Associate degree or Diploma, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) being highly desirable. A valid RN license from NE or a Compact state is required, along with the capability to secure ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications within the first year of employment, as well as TNCC and ENPC certifications. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience is necessary.

Work Schedule:

This is a Part-Time position, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, consisting of two-hour intervals.
