We are persistent every day.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Development & Partnerships Associate to work closely with our Executive Director of Partnerships in Maine & New Hampshire to build relationships with referring physician offices (as well as other key stakeholders) to drive referral volume and revenue to our Local Infusion centers. The Business Development & Partnerships Associate will be a key representative of the Local Infusion brand in the market, and be a trusted partner to external and internal stakeholders. This role will report to the Chief Commercial Officer. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Executive Director of Partnerships to grow revenue for assigned locations by driving referrals from specialist physician offices prescribing infusion therapyDevelop, maintain and build relationships with stakeholders in your territory including specialist physician office staff, primary care providers, Pharmaceutical reps, payer case managers, benefits consultants and employersWork closely with providers, referral partners, and Local Infusion operations team to ensure positive outcomes for patients and physiciansRepresent Local Infusion brand at networking events, conferences, local walks and other community functionsAct as a liaison between referring practices and Local Infusion operations team to ensure physician practices are educated on referral processes and patients are captured timelyEstablish a positive and collaborative working relationship with pharmaceutical reps and other referral sources within territoryInput timely and well-organized reports via CRM reporting, management tracking and expense platformsMeet & exceed sales goalsQualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree in related field2 to 5 years of sales experienceA history of meeting or exceeding sales goalsCompetitive spirit, with customer-focused attitudeConsistently positive attitude, with a commitment to ongoing self-developmentExceptional customer service, organizational and communication skillsExcellent listening skills and ability to uncover pain points and identify opportunitiesExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and standard office software applicationExperience working directly with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff members preferredKnowledge or experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferredTravel requirements: Primarily day-time travel within assigned territory 4-5 days/week, and occasional overnight travelThe Local Infusion WayLocal Infusion is a respectful, upbeat, and remote-first team united by our mission of shaping the way specialty infusion care is delivered.
