  • As needed, in partnership with the Sr Manager, Marketing Program Management, run and execute multi-team Run of Shows for product launches or other high-priority Marketing and Communications initiatives.
  • Collaborate with numerous stakeholders to establish workback schedules, timelines and the scheduling of initiative launches.
  • Manage full end-to-end of project approvals, including copy review with Legal stakeholders and occasionally executive review with leadership.
  • Act as the bridge between the Marketing team, Editorial, Design Brand and business stakeholders, communicating timing expectations, feasibility, and project status.
  • Drive initiatives and align stakeholders across different teams, occasionally including senior leadership.
  • Be a team player. Over communicate when needed.
  • Execute on other duties, as assigned.
  • Employee may flex in and out of different teams, as needs arise.

  • Exceptionally strong organizational and project management expertise
  • Proven experience managing complex programs and/or multiple, fast-moving projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in scaling operations from a domestic to global scale.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously, including managing up and with peers.
  • Experience managing programs and operations for email and other marketing initiatives.
  • High energy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
