Hubbell Incorporated The Business Systems Analyst IV will handle analysis as well as support of sales-order management functionality and post-sales activities, and will need a detailed understanding of the customizations and differences between twenty plus customer facing sales organizations. Areas of responsibility are: inquiries, quotations, sales orders, invoicing, intercompany relationships, ecommerce, sales commissions, archiving, credit/debit processing, customer facing documents, sales master data, freight, and all pricing conditions. This role will support SAP customer master governance efforts and will be involved in identification, planning, managing, and implementation of new Sales and Marketing business processes and functionality, as well as supporting new SAP implementations. #LI-SL1 Day-to-day support of Hubbell’s Sales and Marketing customers. Prioritize issues, estimate effort, and communicate with customers. Collaborate with other Hubs teams to support requests or issues that require support outside of the Hubs SD area. SAP Customer Master and SD functional support for SAP implementations. Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities. Promote automation opportunities. Collaborate with customers to document requirements for enhancement requests. Actively participate in regularly scheduled team meetings as well as monthly meetings with SD business segment leads. Problem solve within Hubbell’s SAP design/business standards wherever possible to minimize customizations. Follow Hubbell standard procedures relating to SAP change management. Ensures appropriate documentation for all activities pertaining to Sales and Distribution. What will help you thrive in this role?

Broad understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution functionality Strong verbal and written communication skills Collaborative and team approach to work and customer support Ability to develop, complete, and document testing plans. Strong organizational skills and ability to work on more than one effort at a time. 5 years SAP SD experience Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college. Knowledge and working experience in SAP S/4 HANA SD functionality. Preferably release 2022 or higher Proficient in all O365 tools, especially Teams.
