We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems Business Analyst/Project Manager with an understanding of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) processes, shop floor connectivity, and OSI PI systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for manufacturing systems.
- Build comprehensive process maps to visualize and optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver manufacturing system enhancements and new implementations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Present solutions and project outcomes to senior management
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on business analysis, project management or process management.
- Strong understanding of MES processes and shop floor connectivity.
- Experience with OSI PI processes or previous implementation experience is highly desirable
- Proficient in manufacturing software and systems (e.g., ERP, MES, PLM).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to build and present process maps and solutions to senior management.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
