Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Staffing Sales Representative to join our team at ORS Partners. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with businesses seeking top-tier talent. This position is remote, though will require occasional visits to our Headquarters near King of Prussia, PA (approximately 1-2 times a month).

Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and target new clients in need of staffing solutions through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their staffing needs and tailor solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into market trends, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce management best practices.
  • Solution Customization: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored staffing solutions that address clients' unique requirements and challenges.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase TalentFlex Solutions/ORS Partners' capabilities, services, and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and contractual agreements to ensure mutually beneficial and profitable partnerships.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to continually refine and enhance our services.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in staffing, workforce solutions, or related industries.
  • Relationship Building Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the staffing and workforce solutions industry, including an understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment processes preferred.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs and industry trends.
  • Bachelors Degree: Preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
