Business Development Center Representative

Duties:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
- Generate leads and develop new business relationships through cold calling and networking
- Maintain a database of potential clients and track sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Assist with inventory control and management
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Experience:

- Previous experience in a business development or sales role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for inventory control and analysis
