Position Description:

  • Serve as point of contact and technology advocate for all assigned applications and the gathering of business requirements from company stakeholders regarding the design, development and testing of business process solutions supporting applications and functionality.
  • Assist IT management with creating and maintaining positive relationships with company departments and senior management by working with available resources to continually prioritize enterprise system projects and support while communicating progress and maintaining project/maintenance documentation of the highest detail and accuracy.
  • Work independently or as a member of a project team to provide technical guidance related to the business implications of enterprise systems and apply your application/technical knowledge to ensure that all business systems are performing efficiently and that customers are provided with required services
