We take care of our people so that you can do your best work. Workday Administrator, Recruiting (Remote) We are seeking a Workday Administrator, Recruiting to join our team. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing the Workday Recruiting module, ensuring seamless functionality and driving the organization's talent acquisition efforts and strategies. Responsibilities: Serves as the primary subject matter expert for the Workday Recruiting module. Configures and maintains core Recruiting functions, including job requisitions, candidate management, and offer management processes. Manages business processes and tenant configuration for Recruiting-related functions. Designs and implements recruiting processes, including application workflows, interview scheduling, and candidate assessment tools. Creates and maintains application questionnaires and offer letter templates. Develops and runs advanced reports and dashboards to provide insights on recruiting metrics and KPIs. Troubleshoots issues and provide high-level technical support to HR team members, hiring managers, and recruiters. Collaborates with other HRIS team members to ensure seamless integration with other Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Compensation). Stays current with Workday updates and new features, recommending and implementing improvements. Serves as SME, providing guidance to change management and users on Workday Recruiting functionality. Oversees system testing during Workday updates and migrations. Ensures proper implementation and adherence to recruiting compliance requirements. Creates and maintains documentation for business requirements, training job aids, system configuration, and functional specifications. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Three to five years of experience as a Workday Administrator with a strong focus on the Recruiting module is required. Workday Recruiting certification is required. In-depth knowledge of Workday's architecture, security model, and business processes. Experience with full cycle recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Workday report writing and dashboard creation. Strong understanding of recruiting compliance regulations. Expertise in data validation, testing, and implementation strategies.
