* Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets * Assisting with the design, negotiation and placement of billboards, traditional media ads on TV and radio, social media ads and email blasts * Producing a brand style guide that best captures the company or client's voice and mission * Helping team leads set, allocate and monitor the budget of each project * Meeting with clients to discuss brand guidelines, goals, budget and timelines * Conducting market research to determine a target audience's needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns * Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn't and what can be improved * Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessaryWe are looking for a local Growth Marketer to join our fast-paced team in Denver, CO. Our client is a pioneer in the food as medicine space, as the creator of the country's first Digital Food Farmacy. Operating at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and nutrition, their goal is to be the solution that the world has been waiting for. The company's clients are employers and healthcare providers who offer the Digital Food Farmacy as part of a comprehensive health benefits package. Located in the Downtown/RiNo area, our client is a fast-growing startup and an exciting place to be if you're passionate about changing the future of health through food. This person will manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. We expect this person to be highly creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage and convert. This person needs to have a solid knowledge of website analytics tools and working knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising. Experience working in the digital space or with Customer. io is a huge plus. This person will be collaborating with key stakeholders and senior leadership, as well as with the product design team and other internal teams as needed. Additional duties for this role will include assisting with, such as updating the website, contributing to copy, or creating social media posts and more. To be successful in this role, this person needs to have a "service first" mentality, to be comfortable with ambiguity, and can adapt to rapidly changing situations.
