This position will report to the Production HR Generalist.RESPONSIBILITIESSource, screen, interview and recommend candidates for open rolesProvide optimal experience for every candidate from application stage to onboarding candidate of choiceEnsure a smooth recruiting process by using communication skills to manage expectations and provide process updates to hiring teamProcess new hires through HRIS system and assist in new hire onboardingComplete the I9 verification requirements for new hiresCoordinate the completion of background checksAssist HR team and employees on-site with general onboarding and payroll inquiriesRequired to work onsite in Las Vegas in November 2024Other special projects and tasks as assigned as neededQUALIFICATIONSDegree in Human Resource Management, or related experience2+ years of experience in event-based HR and recruitingBasic experience with employment lawExcellent computer skills, knowledge of HRIS, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and AirtableWORK ENVIRONMENTMust be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environmentsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
