What to Expect

As a Seasonal Package Handler with Federal Express Corporation, you can expect to work in a fast-paced and physical warehouse environment, with a range of responsibilities, including loading, unloading, and sorting packages. You will also have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, including Package Sorter, Logistics Coordinator, and Distribution Center Associate. Our warehouse team is a dynamic and diverse group of individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of packages.

Our warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting packages of various sizes. Part-time employees work one shift a day, while full-time employees work two shifts. Shift lengths vary based on package volume, with part-time employees working between 3 and 6 hours a day and full-time employees working between 6 and 10 hours. Overtime is paid after 40 hours a week.

Pay Transparency

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job, and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay Range:

$18.25 - $20.75 / HR
