THE ROLE

Insomniac is looking for a Seasonal HR Coordinator to support the Production HR team with sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding event-based teams. This position will report to the Production HR Generalist.

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Source, screen, interview and recommend candidates for open roles

+ Provide optimal experience for every candidate from application stage to onboarding candidate of choice

+ Ensure a smooth recruiting process by using communication skills to manage expectations and provide process updates to hiring team

+ Process new hires through HRIS system and assist in new hire onboarding

+ Complete the I9 verification requirements for new hires

+ Coordinate the completion of background checks

+ Assist HR team and employees on-site with general onboarding and payroll inquiries

+ Required to work onsite in Las Vegas in November 2024

+ Other special projects and tasks as assigned as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

+ Degree in Human Resource Management, or related experience

+ 2+ years of experience in event-based HR and recruiting

+ Basic experience with employment law

+ Excellent computer skills, knowledge of HRIS, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Airtable

WORK ENVIRONMENT

+ Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments

+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (chairs, tables, etc.)

+ May work in drastic temperature climates

+ Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines

Hiring Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 USD
