Heres what youll be doing:
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain satisfaction in enrollment, claims, or phone support.
- Participate in cross-training and improve processes within the Customer Service team.
- Handle enrollment issues, communicate with Health Plan members, process membership data, and support claims resolution.
- Review and reconcile enrollment.
Heres what youll have:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year-Customer Service

- Above market rate of $17.60 per hour
