What We Treat
At our clinic, we primarily focus on musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, catering to a diverse patient population. Our caseload includes both non-surgical and post-operative cases, spanning across sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management.

License & Experience:We are currently searching for an Office Manager. This position requires great customer service skills as well as the ability to multitask. Ideal candidates will enjoy working as part of a team environment, have a love of working with people, and have good organizational and communication skills. Some medical experience is preferred.
The Office Manager is responsible for:
- Leadership
- The Office Manager would hire, train, supervise, and lead staff, and to ensure everyone is doing their job and following procedures. They also identify training needs and growth opportunities for team members.
- Scheduling
- The Office Manager would plan and coordinate staff schedules as well as coverage needs, and would ensure the front desk staff answers phones promptly and schedules appointments accurately.
- Patient Intake
- The Office Manager would oversee and devise a plan for all patient interactions from initial registration to check-in/check-out procedures, copay collection, and authorizations.
- Administrative Tasks
- The Office Manager manages all paperwork for patient care, medical compliance, and reporting.
- Legal Compliance
- The Office Manager works with the healthcare professionals to communicate policies and regulations to staff to ensure compliance.
- Other Duties
- They keep the budget in check, design and implement office policies and procedures, and ensure positive collaboration between front office staff and clinicians.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in typing
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and Outlook Applications
- Highly organized and schedule driven
- Flexible with daily tasks
- Ability to work under deadlines and maintain critical thinking skills
- Possess leadership skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and good judgment
- Must possess strong customer service skills (phone and in person)
