About the Role

We are currently searching for an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at Atlanta Rehabilitation & Performance Center. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, managing staff, and ensuring seamless patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of front office staff to deliver exceptional patient care and administrative support.
  2. Plan and coordinate staff schedules and coverage needs to ensure efficient service.
  3. Develop and implement processes to improve patient intake and reduce wait times.
  4. Manage all paperwork for patient care, medical compliance, and reporting.
  5. Work with healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in healthcare operations or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and maintain critical thinking skills.
