Role Summary
nFocus Solutions is seeking a Technical Product Manager passionate about identifying opportunities and delivering innovative solutions to drive client and business outcomes. The TPM will translate requirements into features, secure stakeholder buy-in, and ensure the delivery of an experience that fulfills our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Define product vision aligned with company strategy and prioritize user needs throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams for cohesive product development, launch, and improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, monitor competing offerings, and explore new technological opportunities.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with the company's vision, detailing feature releases and milestones.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for business requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories, design specifications, and wireframes.
  • Lead product planning, evaluating stakeholder input, market trends, and technical feasibility to prioritize features and allocate resources.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and establish post-launch feedback mechanisms.
  • Coordinate project and communication plans, ensuring clear timelines and accountability.
  • Lead and assist in writing, reviewing, and prioritizing product backlog items.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch.
  • Assess the cost-effectiveness of product offerings with evolving technologies.

Requirements
  • 7-10 years of SaaS product management experience, including 0-1 and 1-100 development stages.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • Basic coding skills with HTML, CSS, and languages like C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Familiarity with databases, client and server frameworks, APIs, and tech stacks.
  • Proficiency in creating prototypes, wireframes, or mockups.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record of on-time product launches with positive outcomes.
  • Knowledge of product management concepts and enterprise software development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Bonus Skills and Experience
  • Knowledge of prioritization frameworks (e.g. Kano, MSCW, RICE).
  • Understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies and their impact on product planning.
  • Experience with large-scale data solutions and/or mobile app development.
  • Proficiency with data analytics platforms (e.g. Amplitude, Google Analytics, Heap).
  • Familiarity with data compliance and cybersecurity practices.
