As a Senior Marketing Analyst you will work on new customer acquisition communication plans and strategies to maximize response and optimize profitability, while keeping a customer-first mindset. This role is based out of our Eden Prairie, MN head office within our hybrid environment that has team members come into the office 3 days a week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing strategy and maintaining marketing communication plans and calendars
  • Act as key business owner and project manager for initiatives relating to improving overall engagement. These include efforts to improve customer experience on the website, drive integrated contact strategies with the print, digital, and other teams as assigned
  • Propose, Design and Execute A/B tests. Communicate analysis and recommendations to business partners.
  • Leverage SQL/SAS and/or Looker to pull data and analyze test results
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (such as Credit, Compliance, Digital, Creative, etc)to align on strategy, develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Develop KPI reports for marketing efforts and complete ad hoc analysis that lead to actionable insights to drive performance
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing related field
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated experience using marketing metrics, KPIs and reporting
  • Experience conducting analysis and making recommendations across multiple data sources
  • Ability to successfully lead multiple projects, priorities and schedules simultaneously
  • Basic SQL and/or SAS programming skills
  • Experience with Excel including ability to use functions such as pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.
