What You'll Do: Monitor a shared HRIS inbox Provide first-tier response to customer inquiries related to HRIS, benefits and payroll technology and configuration Escalate questions or issues to team members as needed Configure and maintain the HRIS platform based on user requirements Create and monitor file interfaces and research any discrepancies between HRIS, Benefits and vendors Create communications and training materials to explain HRIS functionality changes to users Participate in HRIS projects Support HR Technology such as Dayforce HCM, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps, SharePoint, and our case management and retention platforms What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related technology Internship and/or 1 year of HRIS related experience Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job Eager to learn and become a subject matter expert in HR technology Skill in utilizing technology to increase efficiency Ability to quickly learn new technologies and solve problems Highly collaborative with strong teamwork skills Strong oral and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Strength in ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Positive attitude Skill in utilizing Microsoft products Preferred Knowledge: HR systems including payroll and time and attendance Commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within payroll and benefit disciplines General knowledge or understanding of SQL, Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint Foundations Benefits Include: Hybrid and flexible work environment (25% in office) Professional growth opportunities Time off to recharge: Paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, volunteer time off & parental leave Excellent medical, dental and vision insurance Wellness program activities and rewards Competitive base pay with an incentive plan Generous 401(k) match Free downtown St. Paul parking or transportation reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Collaborative team environment (translation: good people, good times) Farm Credit Foundations is a shared HR service organization located in downtown St. Paul, MN.
