Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Maximize independent rep coverage in the Territory
- Understand landscape of existing rep organizations operating in the Territory
- Upgrade existing reps as necessary
- Fill empty geography within the Territory with reps that meet our criteria
- Prioritize HVAC Distributors that offer the highest opportunity to significantly grow IAQ
- Develop relationships with Senior Sales Management at target Regional Distributors
- Call on Branches to support products, services and sales
- Conduct counter days and product/sales training for Distributors and Contractors
- Develop and implement Action Plans with these targeted distributors
- Identify Target HVAC Contractors in Territory
- Make joint or independent sales calls on target HVAC Contractors
- Present Business Proposition and Secure Participation
- Support the Contractors Business Development
- Build network of Certified Healthy Home System Contractors in the Territory
