Kinston, United States Field Controls Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Maximize independent rep coverage in the Territory
    • Understand landscape of existing rep organizations operating in the Territory
    • Upgrade existing reps as necessary
    • Fill empty geography within the Territory with reps that meet our criteria
  • Prioritize HVAC Distributors that offer the highest opportunity to significantly grow IAQ
    • Develop relationships with Senior Sales Management at target Regional Distributors
    • Call on Branches to support products, services and sales
    • Conduct counter days and product/sales training for Distributors and Contractors
    • Develop and implement Action Plans with these targeted distributors
    • Identify Target HVAC Contractors in Territory
    • Make joint or independent sales calls on target HVAC Contractors
      • Present Business Proposition and Secure Participation
      • Support the Contractors Business Development
      • Build network of Certified Healthy Home System Contractors in the Territory
