Responsibilities:

* Maximize independent rep coverage in the Territory

+ Understand landscape of existing rep organizations operating in the Territory

+ Upgrade existing reps as necessary

+ Fill empty geography within the Territory with reps that meet our criteria

* Prioritize HVAC Distributors that offer the highest opportunity to significantly grow IAQ

+ Develop relationships with Senior Sales Management at target Regional Distributors

+ Call on Branches to support products, services and sales

+ Conduct counter days and product/sales training for Distributors and Contractors

+ Develop and implement Action Plans with these targeted distributors

+ Identify Target HVAC Contractors in Territory

+ Make joint or independent sales calls on target HVAC Contractors

- Present Business Proposition and Secure Participation

- Support the Contractors Business Development

- Build network of Certified Healthy Home System Contractors in the Territory
