At Calvary Chapel High School, we are committed to providing a Christ-centered education that equips students to excel academically and grow spiritually. We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and make a lasting impact on our students' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Records and Data: Oversee all records and data management in the FACTS SIS system.
- Manage Transcripts: Update and archive high school transcripts in FACTS, support NCAA/NAIA athletes.
- Oversee Requests: Handle electronic transcript requests and college submissions.
- Maintain Records: Ensure compliance of student files.
- Database Management: Maintain and update student information systems.
- Reporting: Generate and submit necessary reports and documentation.
- Strong relationship with Jesus Christ.
- 4+ years of experience in educational administration or related field.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Database management experience desired.
- Excellent communication skills.
