Work closely with our Creative partners, ensuring our brand voice is consistent. Educate the working team on evolving best practices across all social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Discord). Oversee a Social Media associate, and manage and mentor them. About you: 6-8 years of demonstrated social media leadership experience at a major brand or creator account. Preferred industries are tech, lifestyle, or services, with a focus on youth audiences. You're chronically online with a strong pulse of trends across both general and niche audiences. Passionate about current culture: sports, fashion, entertainment, music, and art. Bachelor's degree is preferred in Communications, English, Business, Sports Marketing, or related field. Nice to have skills: Content-minded individual who can ideate and execute. Up to date on new platform features/tools, algorithm changes, and platform news.
