As a Hall Financial Client Experience Ambassador, not only will you ensure that Hall Financials loans get processed in a quick manner, but you will also provide the highest level of client service to our clients and relator partners that will allow you to not only make a positive impact on Hall Financial but the overall mortgage industry.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING –

Providing a 5-STAR, white glove experience to all those you work with internally and externally.

Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive matters while exercising sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.

Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Gather information and move each file from passing Operations to Clear to Close (CTC)

Request specified information from client and follow up on missing items.

Responsible for ensuring all loan documentation is complete and accurate. Must analyze and verify documents for submission while complying with the investor and Hall Financials' policy.

Act as a liaison between borrower, underwriter, Home Loan Advisor, investor, and real estate agents.

Assure all client files are complete and in compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies.

Clearly communicate with Home Loan Advisors and leadership on the status of the client's files.

Must possess an in-depth knowledge of all loan programs the organization offers to its consumers.

Always be an ambassador for the company.

Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU –

The ability to work in office Monday - Friday in Troy, Michigan.

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 5+ years of loan processing experience required.

Experience in mortgage lending and knowledge of loan types, such as FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loans required.

5-STAR customer service skills in person and on the phone.

The ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions.

Handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy.

Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Excellent records and file management skills

Knowledge and experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience with Encompass, DU and LPA is a plus.
