We are currently seeking experienced and detail-oriented mortgage loan processors for our dynamic lending team. The ideal candidates will have mortgage processing experience, a can-do attitude, and a proven track record of providing solutions in the mortgage lending industry. Responsibilities

•Assure that loan files meet banking and regulatory guidelines and policies
•Secure property and loan documentation to process mortgage loan files such as appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records
•Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system - from origination to close
•Assemble and submit loan packages to the lender underwriters for approval or denial
•Work with the borrower to gather financial information such as credit reports, verify the accuracy to determine creditworthiness, and complete the mortgage loan application
•Act as a liaison between applicants, mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to help further loan approval

Qualifications

•Experience working as a Processor, Underwriter and/or a Client Care Specialist
•Previous experience navigating UWM portal is a plus
•Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent communication and customer service skills - MUST be comfortable on the phone
•High school diploma or GED required - Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred
•Strong analytical and time management skills and superior attention to detail
