So, here's what your part-time job will look like:
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback across all channels.
Provide exceptional support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle complaints and troubleshoot problems to find effective solutions.
Social Media Management:
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written posts).
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
Monitor social media channels for trends and feedback.
Interact with our community in a positive and authentic way.
Brand Building:
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators to produce fresh, engaging content.
Develop and manage campaigns that drive engagement, traffic, and sales.
Other Responsibilities:
Maintain & Manage our Wholesale outreach to Brick & Mortar retailers.
Create and manage email and SMS campaigns (Klaviyo).
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas.
Implementing (yes you actually have to do work)
You’ll be working around ~10-20 hours per week and we would like you to be an integral part of our company and team.
This will be a paid position.
This is a remote position (so it goes without saying, but I’ll say it anyway).
You need a computer and reliable internet connection to handle all of the workload.
We are a small team of heart-led leaders… action-takers… and problem solvers.
We are doing cool things with cool people - while changing the world through our products that bring more “Harmony to the Home”.
We help parents with their children's diet and nutrition (most are picky eaters).
Create and sell products to RAVING Fans.
