Job Purpose: As Risk Management Supervisor at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of duties to assist in monitoring and evaluating the provision of care/services to ensure operational integrity and efficiency.

Job Functions
  • Conducting concurrent and retrospective program integrity (Event) reviews
  • Identifying areas of practice variances and prioritizing improvement activities
  • Assisting department leadership with audits and site visits
  • Developing procedures and organizational practices for service delivery and improved client care
  • Implementing training and education activities
  • Promoting the Standards of Conduct and corporate initiatives of the Quality Management Performance Improvement & Risk Management Programs, Health and Safety Program and Compliance Program
  • Serving as Risk Management representatives and assisting in preparation of reports, proposals, presentations and other special projects
  • Supervise the Risk Management/Client Relations support staff to include specialist positions and assist in external reporting to outside regulatory agencies
  • Assist with the departmental on-call responsibilities as needed
  • Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures
Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)
  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire's insurance company.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (minimum of 5 years supervisory experience can substitute for degree)
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft applications
