Our company is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about products, and recommend the right solutions. The role involves ensuring maximum client satisfaction, achieving excellent customer service, meeting sales goals, and staying up-to-date with product features. This position requires interacting with customers, processing sales transactions, and maintaining high-quality standards. The selected individual will be expected to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Job Duties:

  • Provide excellent sales service and assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Build trust relationships with customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately and achieve sales goals
  • Maintain work order files and product formulas
  • Stock shelves, set up displays, and clean store equipment
  • Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in making deliveries
  • Stay knowledgeable about products and suggest ways to improve sales

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in both English and Spanish
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least one (1) year experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Previous work experience selling paint and operating tinting and mixing equipment
