Requirements

Minimum 1 year of data entry experience Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt to quick priority changes Quick learner Experience with Health Insurance-Medicaid Population, State Programs (Mi Via, Supports Waivers, Self-Directed Care Benefits) is a plus

Responsibilities

Inspect enrollment documentation for vendors and employees for completeness and accuracy Work with the Manager to collect missing or corrected documentation Assist clients with completing paperwork and fingerprinting Process documentation for vendors and employees' payment setups Problem solve systematically, using sound business judgment Monitor delegated customer service issues for timely and accurate resolution Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards Adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to meet the requirements of the more complex positions
