Duties/Responsibilities: Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Storing, managing, and tracking company documents, Plans, Shop Drawings, RFI’s, Submittals, Changes in Scope of Work

• Organize and maintain documents adhering to the company’s document lifecycle procedures.

• Archive inactive records in accordance with company standards.

• Control the retrieval of documents.

• Create, receive and process Requests for Information RFI’s from employee or clients and maintain the request via tracking logs through Procore managing software

• Track, store and distribute drawings, specifications, approvals and related items for company personal • Mange project documents

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Self starter and highly motivated

• Ability to work with precise deadline and a fast-paced environment

• Ability to prioritize, and manage time well

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Access), Bluebleam • Document management software (Specifically Procore)

• Experience in Procore mandatory, Foundation and Sharepoint a plus.

• Procore - 3 years strongly preferred

• • Construction: 3-5 years (preferred)

• Structural steel detailing experience preferred
