Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Working knowledge of core operations Leadership and management skillset, ideally with prior experience in developing or overseeing multi-faceted, interdisciplinary research initiatives Ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships among a wide range of stakeholders and partners Ability to bring to the role, a measure of business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset Highly organized, with good planning and problem-solving skills Ability to develop and manage budgets Strong written and oral communication skills

Job Duties:

Oversees all community engagement and recruitment activities for the ITR Outreach Core and ITR grant funded projects. - (Essential) Meet with community stakeholders, partners, and clinics to build community relationships and contribute to the development of an ITR community footprint - (Essential) Work with external and internal marketing team and ITR cores to develop recruitment material, educational material, and campaigns for the community - (Essential) Oversees metric collection for grants and Core activities, as well as maintaining a tracking system for recruitment metrics and generate weekly reports. - (Essential) Provide regular updates to leaders on Core metrics and participate in weekly meetings - (Essential) Oversees the development of community education programs and curriculum on a variety of topics related to aging and other ITR initiatives. - (Essential) Oversees community educational talks, presentations, outreach events, and engagement activities. Generate presentations and publications related to education and recruitment in the scientific and lay communities. - (Essential) Work with Core Lead in monitoring Core budgets, sponsorship, and supply purchasing - (Essential) Oversees focus group activities with research participants - (Essential) Coordinate and serve on the HABDS-HD Community Advisory Board. - (Essential)
