Highland Roofing Company is growing, and we're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as an Account Manager We currently have well established locations in Wilmington and Raleigh and have recently opened our third location in Charlotte where we are looking to expand our roofing repair/maintenance and reroof sales into this territory. The ideal candidate is someone with experience in commercial roofing sales or an individual who has roofing experience and is looking to move into a sales/account manager position. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and has a passion and drive for delivering exceptional sales results.What we offer:Competitive compensation plan (including base pay plus commissions) and profit sharingWork/Life balance including paid holidays and an unlimited PTO planStrong benefits package - medical, dental, vision and paid life insuranceOpportunity for growth as our company continues to growRetirement planning through our 401(k) plan with a company matchResponsibilities:Identify and pursue reroof and repair opportunities in the commercial roofing sector through cold calling, networking, and referrals through existing relationships.Effectively communicate the value of our roofing solutions to potential clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing industry standard roofing advice and solutions.Collaborate with the service department to assist with scheduling and coordinating service crews to meet customer's expectations.Conduct leak inspections on all types of commercial roofs to identify leaks and deficiencies and provide repair proposals to customers in a timely manner. Collaborate with the estimating and production departments to effectively communicate roof replacement solutions to the appropriate customers. Qualifications:Proven track record in commercial roofing sales (preferred)Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.For almost 20 years, Highland Roofing has provided comprehensive commercial roofing services across the Carolinas.
