As a Human Resources Coordinator at Pine View Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will begin each day by supporting our hiring initiatives, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new team members. Your role will require you to maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. You will actively engage in employee relations, conducting regular check-ins and addressing any concerns with empathy and professionalism. In addition, you will assist in the development and implementation of training programs that foster growth and excellence within our workforce. Daily, you'll collaborate with department managers to support staffing needs and enhance team performance.
