At Johnson Controls, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complex Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple complex projects across our Industrial Refrigeration – Americas division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Indirect oversight of all custom projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery within budget constraints.
  • Develop and manage up-to-date project timelines using MS Project or similar tools, incorporating critical milestones, interdependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to achieve customer objectives and priorities, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders on progress, schedule, and change orders, ensuring clear understanding and commitment.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with outside vendors, implementing decisions in the best interest of the company and customer, and assisting in estimate preparation by bringing technical build knowledge to the initial client concept/design.

The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in project management, advanced skills in Microsoft Projects, and experience with CAD software (Inventor) and SAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent attention to detail are also essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
