We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and driving significant business growth. This role demands a creative and strategic thinker who can elevate our brand and enhance the customer experience in the unique environment of airport entertainment.
This is a full-time in-office(Dallas, Texas) position with occasional travel involved.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Senior Marketing role (ex. Sr. Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager Lead, Head of Marketing, etc).
- Experience in marketing for a B2C brick and mortar business (you handled both digital and traditional marketing).
- 2+ years experience in social media marketing and SMS marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience in leading and managing marketing projects and budgets.
- Experience handling and marketing to a large database of loyalty members.
- Experience managing PR and strategic partnerships to drive mutual promotion and enhance airport gaming experiences.
- Experience creating email flows and campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo and Active Campaign.
- Experienced in strategizing and creating monthly campaign calendars, advanced segmentation, deliverability, and analyzing performance.
- Comfortable with occasional work travel.
- Industry experience with one of the following - Airport Concessions, Retail, F&B, Ecommerce and/or Hospitality.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee and manage all physical and digital marketing channels, including social media, SMS, email, PR, and content marketing.
- Manage marketing campaigns directed at our loyalty members.
- Engage with potential partners and develop strategic relationships.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
