Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty across your team. You will be measured on how well you drive client retention and maximize revenue growth within your team, focusing on increasing net revenue retention of refunds and renewals from your advisory clients. Manage a team of Client Advisors and Supervisors working with many small business owners and entrepreneurs across diverse industries. Ensure advisors provide expert guidance for compliance with federal and state regulations while optimizing our client's tax savings. Innovative Leadership: Encourage and contribute to a culture of innovation, testing, and implementation of new ideas to enhance processes and systems. Talent Acquisition and Development: Conduct interviews and assessments to identify and onboard potential tax advisors for your team. Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Advisory to assess individual strengths and weaknesses within the team, and cross-functionally by fostering continuous improvement to align with the company’s goals. Requirements: Relevant degree or a combination of education and tax experience Enrolled Agent License and/or CPA Certification (preferred) 2+ years experience with personal and small business taxation Proficiency in related technologies; spreadsheets, tax prep and bookkeeping software Demonstrate strength in leadership Proficient in spreadsheets, tax preparation, and bookkeeping software, with advanced skills in leveraging technology for tax optimization and strategy analysis.
