We are looking for a Manager, Brand Partnerships with LGP to play a key role in our emerging brand consulting practice. The Manager, Brand Partnerships will be primarily responsible for the planning, execution, client service, and day-to-day management of sports and entertainment sponsorships on behalf of a brand client. As the Manager, Brand Partnerships, you will be responsible for the day-to-day client account work inclusive of client management, strategic planning and execution, operational delivery, and be a liaison for multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. We're looking for someone with high emotional intelligence who understands how to work collaboratively with stakeholders across teams and seniority levels to manage the execution of deliverables. You'll need to be deadline-driven, organized, obsessed with details, and a powerful communicator. The right candidate enjoys the challenge of managing expectations, personalities, and multiple priorities while enforcing internal deadlines and keeping projects on time. We're seeking a proactive self-starter with top-notch interpersonal and communication skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Work collaboratively with the LGP Brand client, LGP executives, associated properties, oversee quality standards, and ensure on-time execution. Oversee execution of complex account deliverables and help the brand meet and exceed the outlined KPIs. Serve as a direct point of contact with the Brand to best develop, update, and regularly communicate project timelines to ensure visibility and accountability across contributors and stakeholders. Schedule and lead meetings with key stakeholders-including clients, external vendors, and internal team members across business divisions-to facilitate on-time content development and deliverable submissions. Build trust and positive, productive working relationships with team members across LGP and the brand. Develop a clear understanding of brand's business, marketing goals, and program objectives. Work collaboratively with team members and cross-disciplinary teams to recommend and implement process improvements that improve workflow, efficiency, quality of output, and brand consistency. Prepare and communicate timelines, creative specifications, and maintain documentation related to implementation of new and existing partnerships. Facilitate ongoing client engagement and opportunity identification. QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years' experience in sports & entertainment sponsorships as a project or client account manager in a fast-paced environment. Brand and agency experience preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent understanding of sponsorship trends in sports & entertainment. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a strong understanding of brand strategy frameworks and audience analyses. Proficiency with digital/social and experiential marketing campaigns and optimization Able to work well within a team environment with strong desire to ensure quality partnership fulfillment. Creative, adaptive personality that can interface with senior-level executives across various organizations. Ability to establish priorities and courses of action for handling multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision, and a demonstrated attention to detail. Ability to prepare, understand and monitor activation budgets. Ability to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure. Able to work flexible and irregular hours (including evenings, weekends, and special events). Expertise with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). COMPENSATION
