In this role, you will be responsible for fostering long-term, profitable relationships with our key customers. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure their needs are met, identify opportunities to deliver additional value, and drive growth through expanded offerings. This job will require about 60% travel.What you will do: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within assigned accountsUnderstand customers' business objectives, operations, and challenges to identify value creation opportunitiesCraft and execute account plans that align resources to exceed customer expectationsCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and servicesMonitor account performance, trends, and future needs to recommend solutions for growthProactively anticipate customer requirements and develop solutions that exceed expectationsIdentify and champion new products, services, or process improvements to enhance customer experienceNegotiate contracts and assess cost structures to ensure profitability and satisfactionBuild internal and external networks to support account needs and collaborationProvide customer insights to product development and marketing teams for innovation Requirements What you will need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or related fieldProven track record in account management, customer service, or related rolesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teamsCustomer-centric mindset with a passion for exceptional serviceKnowledge of the industry and competitive landscape is preferred
