Who we are looking for: 3 years in consulting or industry experience in project management, Data Analytics capacity. Experience in conducting assessments and workload analysis to drive business growth and improvement opportunities. Understanding of change management, business process improvement, and project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and present complex data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels. Ability to plan, organize, and manage tasks across multiple functions. Proactive, detail-oriented, and curious with a strong work ethic. Ability to collaborate effectively and build long-term relationships. Results-driven with a sense of urgency and accountability.
