  • Expertise in multiple project management frameworks and methodologies with proven ability to quickly absorb existing PMO standards and lead programs utilizing them
  • Extreme vendor management experience including potentially managing 4-5 vendors at the same time and ability to set their priorities straight to meet program goals
  • Ability to navigate complex matrix organization to manage all the integration points, IT functions and shared services
  • Proven leadership experience to drive large teams and work stream leads to meet pressing timelines along with managing executives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to create executive level presentations at short notice including ability to distill down high priority risks among all the ongoing program work and present mitigation strategies
  • Experience with Planview is a plus
  • Required: Experience acting as a Scrum Master & leading Agile Ceremonies
